Infiniti has just put out the word on pricing for the 2011 FX, a luxury crossover with style and power for next year’s market. Those who are following the emergence of this newly styled luxury badge SUV report that the vehicle is due to go on sale late this fall. Along with the regular 2012 FX trims, Infiniti will add an FX35 Limited Edition with even more stylish and attractive features. These include special tires and rims, an advanced headlight and lighting system, and a unique roof rack setup. In terms of technology, the FX35 Limited Edition will feature Infiniti’s “hard drive” navigation system and other desirable gear.
MSRP for this car was announced August 3, with four trims getting significantly different pricing. The Infiniti FX35 rear wheel drive model prices for $43,450, while an all wheel drive model gets a sticker price of $44,900. The Limited Edition all wheel drive gets an MSRP of $51,550. All three of these models run on a 3.5L V6 engine with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Another trim, the top FX50 AWD, has a 5.0L V8 with the same transmission and retails for $59,350.
Besides a lot of power for the road and attractive technology features, the 2012 FX will come with a comprehensive 24-hour customer service support program to rival competitor’s plans. According to recent press releases, Infiniti’s customer service option will include a kind of extra concierge service, featuring live responses for issues like directory assistance or weather forecasts. According to Infiniti, this plan, dubbed the Personal Assistant benefit, will be free to Infiniti FX owners for four years.
Along with the four trims above, buyers can get more for their Infiniti FX with additional equipment packages, selecting a Premium package or a Deluxe Touring package, as well as a Technology or Sport feature set. Look for how local issues and current financing incentive offers affect your bottom line for this luxury ride when it comes out later this year.
