Ford Motor Co. is on a good streak. First of all, they’ve posted numbers that have the company hitting sales records as of late. Now news is out that Ford’s smallest offering, the Focus, has increased it’s sales numbers 88% compared to the same time last year! That’s gotta be reason to celebrate in my book.
“Focus is the right car at the right time,” said Jim Farley, Ford group vice president, Marketing and Communications. “This is the little car that delivers in a big way for customers, with outstanding fuel economy, cool features including SYNC, a fun drive and the right price, right along with the rest of our newest cars and crossovers.”
Jim’s right. This is the right car for these times. People are only now starting to realize what Europeans have known for years, you can have a small car that delivers all the fun, performance, and enjoyment of a bigger car. Bigger isn’t always better, especially at $5.00 a gallon…
