That matters because the QX65 is not some unattainable halo toy. It lands right on top of real midsize luxury SUV money, and it immediately creates a practical question for buyers: do you want the sleeker roofline badly enough to give up the QX60’s family-first shape?

On paper, the QX65 is more useful than a lot of “coupe SUV” stuff that mostly exists for parking-lot vanity. Infiniti’s official pricing and specs say every trim gets a 268-hp VC-Turbo four-cylinder, 286 lb-ft of torque, standard all-wheel drive, and a 9-speed automatic, plus 35.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row and up to 6,000 pounds of towing capacity when properly equipped, according to the QX65 press kit.
