“Mayonnaise colored Benz, I push miracle whips” is one of the my favorite lines in any literature ever, right up there with “My mother is a fish.” Both of those lines made my jaw drop the first time I heard/read them, so the next time you hear someone loudly complaining about how rap music is worthless, you can tell them a lit major compared Kanye West’s lyrics to William Faulkner.

Kanye West is a big fan of Mercedes-Benz, and has been seen driving an SLR McLaren (see above video). The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren was sold from 2003-2009 and was powered by a hand built, supercharged V8 with 617 horsepower. The SLR McLaren had a price of about $450,000 when new.

“What’s that Ye? Baby these heels. Is that a May-what? baby these wheels.” Kanye West has also been spotted escaping the paparazzi in a Maybach, an ultra-luxury car sold by Mercedes. Maybach models start at $341,000 for the 57, while the longer and more powerful Maybach 67S costs $432,000.

Kanye was also spotted at Cannes driving the roofless Mercedes-Benz SLR Stirling Moss, according to Hello Beautiful. The SLR Stirling Moss is a very low production vehicle with just 75 slated to be built and a price of $1.06 million. The Mercedes-Benz SLR Stirling Moss driven by Kanye West is capable of a 217-mph top speed thanks to its 650-hp supercharged V8 engine.
