Nissan is offering the 2011 Versa with 0% interest rate financing for 60 months or $1,000 cash back. The Versa can also be leased for $199 a month on a 39-month lease with $1,999 due at lease signing.

During January, the 2011 Nissan Cube is available with a 0% financing incentive for 36 months or a $500 cash back incentive. The 2011 Cube is available with a $179 per month lease incentive, which requires a $2,449 down payment and a 39-month lease term.

The Nissan Sentra is once again available with better incentives than the smaller Versa and Cube. The 2011 Nissan Sentra is on sale this month with a no interest financing incentive for 60 months or with $2,500 cash back. The 2011 Sentra can be leased for $139 a month on a 39-month lease with $1,999 due at lease signing.

During January, the 2011 Nissan Rogue (shown here) is available with 0% financing for 60 months or a $199 per month lease incentive. The Rogue requires a $2,449 down payment for the low $199 lease incentive on a 39-month lease, so it’s hard not to recommend the Rogue for the same monthly payments as the Versa with only $500 more due at signing.

The 2011 Nissan Altima is available this month with a 0% interest rate car loan incentive for 60 months. The Altima is also available with a $1,250 cash back incentive, which is not as good a deal as the loan incentive, so buyers should only pick the rebate if they do not qualify for the 0% financing.

The 2011 Nissan Maxima is on sale during January with a 0% interest rate incentive for 60 months that comes with $500 cash back. The 2011 Maxima can also be leased for $299 a month on a 39-month lease with a $2,999 down payment due at lease signing.

The 2011 Nissan Murano, Frontier and Titan are all available during January with no interest financing incentives for 60 months. The 2011 Nissan Titan is also available with $4,500 cash back or a $499 per month lease incentive for 39 months with a $2,999 initial payment.
